I got approx 15lbs of cryopack ribs pre rub getting ready to absorb as much smoke as possible

Here they are pre-rub



I'm trying something new.  My last batch turned out great but I did a test batch of 2 racks by wrapping them in foil halfway through.  They turned out sooooo good all you had to do was give them a dirty look and the meat fell off the bone.  More pics to come for your drewling pleasure.

Beleive it or not some of the best ribs I've made yet I didnt use any kind of rub at all.
Just smoked em with Hickory.
didnt need to eat em with sauce or nothing.

Actually, this is my first time trying stubbs.  I've heard great things about it but I allways run a test batch first.

as long as you are hauling some extra meat and a couple tons of coors light.  Blue Bell Icecream would be nice though.  ;)
