Pittsburgh over Denver
Seattle over Carolina

I have to say this is the best Post Season, I've ever experienced. What a great run for the Steelers, I expect them to win fairly confidently over Denver, Although the Seattle game will be a great game too! and i'm kinda hesitant to take the Seahawks so quickly.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Here is what I thought was a fair analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the Seahawk/Panthers NFC Championship game:

Almost forgot my picks:
Seahawks over Panthers
Broncos over Steelers (Don't get me wrong, I WANT the steelers to win, but I think Denver is a tough place to play given the home field advantage and the altitude)

I dont think Jake Plummer will be ready for this defense. But none the less it will be a good game.
