Wouldn't ast be better off in a Typhoon? As a newbie he's not going to have much access to Tempy's till he builds up a cpl hundred perk points; Typhoons are free. The speed and roll rate between the 2 rides are different to a fairly significant degree. The Typhoon will de-ack a large, medium or small base easily with it's 560 Hispano cannon rounds. Load up 8 rockets and you can neutralize radar and barracks as well.

Yeah but he has more ammo and more speed to get to where he wants to go and to practice with. But I think a tiffy will work also.
