Cloud Editor Limits

I know there is (was?) a 900 cloud limit recommended in the Cloud Editor, but are there other limits?

Cloud Size?
Cloud Path Length?
Cloud Speed?
Number of Clouds per Row?
Number of Cloud Rows?

I'm asking because using the default settings, 900 clouds add up real fast on a 512 mile map.
