That guy can't be a real ex-Navy Seal.  All he'd be doing is threatening to "blow the whole thing wide open".  Loosely translated: "I was in the Seals for 8 years and didn't get to kill anyone!".

That pretty much sums up the 4 ex-Navy Seals I know
