that goon looked pretty much intact after the shots..unlike AH goon which can take no dmage before crumbling..hmm

Yeah, I saw that burning plane in the sky, too. It was flamed up pretty good. Must of been a pretty good battle going on that day.

canopy shots in AH that look even remotely like that are instant kills.  If the guys in the cockpit were not hit by bullets or shrapnel then they were extremely lucky. Goon may be a bit tougher for real than AH gives it credit for.  Nice film!!:aok

I always understood that the C47 was a pretty rugged plane, one reason why they lasted as long as they did.    But in AH, couple of hits and the tail comes off or ya lose the wing.
