this is a very rare thing to experence.

last time i found someone worthy of it in the MA was after smoking both wolfala's P38 engines. escorted him a few miles and swung away.

really does fill you with virtual pleasure to not need to kill KILL KILL!!! the whole time.

S! triple9 and Teeare.

can we have a film or screenie?

I would have shed a tear for the cross-country comraderie and then blown through and shot both of you.  Naturally I would have saluted on Ch200 afterward.  :)

Why waste ammo on someone thats already "out of fight" anyway? If i wanted easy kills, id go shoot the drones offline.

So yes, i usually let people go that are deadstick or RTB smoking/low fuel/ammo. But ive come to not expect that courtesy from others.

It's a classic prisoner's dilemma, Schatzi.  If everybody allows everybody else who is smoking, out of ammo, or our of fuel return to base, then the one person who is willing to pretend to be out of ammo or fuel gains a huge tactical advantage against the others.    Naturally everybody realizes this fact, so everybody has an incentive to lie about being out of fuel or ammo to survive when the going gets tough, and pretty soon you have lots of hurt feelings when people who lie to those being nice to them shoot them down when least expected.

Be nice if you like, but realize that the social politics of the game really do not reward that sort of behavior.  Thus we would rarely expect to observe it.
