Look in the main directory of the CD and look for a file called AWSheep.avi or something like that and watch it.  Nice little easter egg put in by the Kesmoids.

<---Still has his original 1992 (or was it '93?) 1.04 SVGA Air Warrior on three 3.5 floppies, with the manuals, but the box is gone unfortunately.

That B&W frame rate at the start of that flick is still about 4 times faster than the frame rate on the Mac AW 1.0 back in '87 ... and has 254 more shades of grey.

I've got that one as well, Grits...I think it was late '92 or early '93 as my
GEnie credit card bills started about Feb of '93.

I've got the box as well as a couple of subsequent releases. I'll have to
dig them out and take some digital shots of them :)

I think my #4 computer on my lan here still has the last version of
AW on it....probably have a bunch of films and scenario stuff as well.

I still remember the first time I started up AW ever. I flew offline and remember thinking that this game sucked, all the planes looked like grey coffins with wings on them. How little I knew. :)

Hehe... I still have the box too :)
I have every boxed version of AW there ever was, with updates. I haven't been able to use AW because it won't recognize any of the modern day joysticks... as far as I know.  I have the Saitek X45 and a Logitech 3D in the closet.
Anyone know a way to work around that, and don't say use the keyboard LOL.

I've been able to run Air Warrior III on my present-day computer without trouble.  I've had some problems with earlier versions of Air Warrior.

I think it was 92 Grits. I remember I was actually paying long distance charges to play it. I was ready to quit because of the cost............... Then they added a little color to the usually all grey airplanes. It kept me on another month , then it got to be AW or Divorce......................

You know I never missed her all that much.
