A wager for you, Rip....

When the Steelers win the game, you use my avatar for 1 month.

If the Ref's cheat again and by some miracle the S'hawks win, I'll use yours for that month.

Whacha think?

Well, Richard Seymour is predicting Seattle, he thinks the Steelers are getting distracted and he was surprised how Seattle handled a physical  Carolina team.

On top of that all the money is going on the Steelers, which makes me go the other way and take the points, so I will be taking the points.

When in doubt, take the points.(It's the SB, I have to throw something on it!)

I would like to see the Steelers win(AFC), but I guess a BC qb winning the superbowl wouldn't be a bad thing.

My square is AFC 6 NFC 0 (decent numbers)

A wildcard is that the Steelers should have a huge advantage as far as the crowd goes and a national following. The only thing that would drop the ratings would be a Seattle blow out. So it would be best for the league to have a close game or for the Steelers to dominate:noid

Tickets offered for season ticket holders for both teams are equal. On that note, the ticket allotment for Seattle season ticket holders sold out within 48 hours, so they started buying up Pittsburgh packages...fly into Pittsburgh and drive/fly up to Detroit.  However, th 60/40 split I've been seeing on predictions, the crowd *might* be alittle more black and yellow than blue.

Well, I was reading in the paper today that most bars in Detroit have banners inviting Steeler fans and decorating in Steeler colors because most of the patrons in town are Steeler fans. You can't compare the the Seahawk fan base to the Steeler fan base Rip, forget it.

Same with last year. The Pats have a good fan base, but nothing compared to the Eagles fan base, and the crowd was mostly Eagle fans.
