ENY should kick in sooner so motivation is there to balance sides

Bish went thru this not long ago.  I agree with strengthening eny and also believe the NUMBER of bases a country owns should affect it as well.  Number of players don't always correspond to strength.

What we did richard was form a bish coalition that worked together eveyr night and turned things around.  It was great teamwork but i agree that that is not how i want to enjoy AH each night.  When the teams are balanced things are most fun IMHO.

yes there are bonuses but they are slight....1.2 etc

jack em up to 2.5 and 3 and give the outnumbering guys .5 etc and i bet you will see the guys who jump alot move to the side with better bonuses

had a few other ideas today:

1)  as i said above....make number of bases occupied factor into the eny

2)   Have a good number of bases uncapturable and just cycle maps
      every three days (i.e. do away with winning a war)

3)   for sides with fewer bases have troops ord etc up very quickly and the sides with more bases have slower reup periods
