8k and flying merrily along pounding the keys on help channel, spot a 38L on the deck milk running toward a strat. I swoop down in pony, grab a snap as he unloads, and get as couple pings. I dump some E, start Yoyoing for snaps while this guy does a very hard flat scissor all by himself, adn when E is close enough to be useful I just stay inside his continued scissor and shoot as he passes nose....
But the guy has a consistant little dip at EXACTLY the right time, so I'm not getting the hits I should. I go vertical to keep advantage and avoid overshoot, and do it again. Guy hasnt figured out that flat scissor just keeps giving me snaps, but my gunnery hasnt taught him the lesson yet....
So I slow down with him, drop some flaps, go back to the yo-yos and start going for a bit more tracking. Meanwhile the back of my head is screaming THIS IS A VERY BAD IDEA!! STAY WITH YOUR ADVANTAGES!! BE PATIENT!!
Needless to say, I come too close to the edge on a turn, wing dips, control mushes, and I leave my Hamilton Standards wrapped around a tree trunk.

Live and learn....
