I've done bolth 289 and 427 headers for the A/C's along with replacing Spiral baffles in  Factory Side pipes .(Even the original headers didnt fit that well and were prone to cracking )
As for Header cost I'd ussually charge about 900-950 for custom fit Stainless .
(Steped ,clocked, and tuned )
 550-700  for Steel headers (plus coating)  , 1200 for original copys .

Ik3 that S500 wouldn't be a nice car to own unless you plan to keep it in the garage. They tend to double their price very quickly in repairs. Engine, electric systems, tranny, a/c etc. all break down in many of them.

Anyone who buys a new mercedes these days has to be prepared to pay way more than the purchase price. :eek:

You probably are correct, the top 2 are in Oregon - the bottom one is in Tennessee so top two get top billing.
