American man no granted his 34342 amendment rights!

Aye, you heard me! Something is wrong in this country, the pinko plague is spreading like a, uhm, plague!

The latest victim of these commies (we all know they are, AAAHMEN) is one Jeremyah Myers, of Arkansas.

The evil government has attacked his house in violation with the constitution and removed several pounds of biological agents, as well as some chemical weapons.

It is clear that what we have here is an opressive government supressing the second armament...err, amendment; the RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS! Every man has a GOD GIVEN right to defend himself and his family from the opressive government, the New World Order and let's not forget the British! How can we do that when the government and their pinko masters are denying us the right to own chemical, biological and nuclear weapons?

Chemical weapons don't kill people, PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE. Don't let a few bad apples spoil it for the rest. Why is it that the government wants to take away chemical weapons from the average law abiding God fearing American citizen, leaving him defenseless against major enemies?

Note that the constitution doesn't say that only handguns are to be allowed; and it doesn't explicitly say that nukes shouldn't. CLEARLY a violation!

My brothers and sisters, let us all prey, err, pray for Jeremyah, and let us all find strength from Jayzhus so we can RID the WORLD of this evil conspiracy to remove our rightful right to bear arms, including small nuclear devices which take a lot of time to go off after you've thrown them, to give you a chance to get outta dodge.

Not only nukes; we aren't even allowed to own F-16's! How can we fight an opresive government who have them with mere automatic rifles that are better suited for shooting thy neighbor?

Actually it's perfectly legal for an individual to own an F-16, if you can manage to buy one legally.  

There are more than a few civil-registered military jets in the USA  (no weapons, of course).  Most of them recieve their airworthiness certification under the "experimental" category.

Ahhh  it's legal to own an F-16..  but not an F-14! Or F-15! What is this world coming too <shakes head>.

Hehe, it's true some are in private possesion but they are ones sold to other countries. The US Navy actually refuses to ever release ownership on military hardware- they even claim P-38's and Hellcats ppl dig up in the south china sea as their own... sad sad thing I tell ya!
