I love liberals in the Military...

They can't wait to whip out the ole "I served in the Military" card
like an excited trophy wife using her husbands credit card,
while debating conservatives who question why they hate our country.  Yet then turn around and talk about how they were "forced to serve" or "lied to/tricked" into serving.  Why would they be proud of that?

And not to side track your rant, but my original post commented about Liberals blessing America, never heard one say God Bless America.

I think the day after 9/11 pretty much the entire congress sang "God Bless America" on the capital steps.  Reps and Dems, Cons and Libs.

I remember this because I remembering thinking to myself, that's it, that's all our elected leaders have is to stand on the steps and sing a song.  That's the standard we've lowered ourselves to expect?

Now, I'm not sure how saying God Bless America makes one more or less in love with this country, but if that's your litmus test, go with it.

I do know my in-laws, who imigrated from Europe do say what a great country alot, but I'm not sure they've ever said God Bless America.

I think we play into both parties hands when we do the label thing.  That's what they want so they can continue to keep just enough of both parties in power to not allow a third party in.

Certainly you mean the ones that avoided the draft? I don't know any liberals personally that served and died.
