  Well if Milosevic had broken some US law or had attempted to murder a US president then the US could have gone an'done a Noriega on him.



  Which begs the answer.  Why is Saddam still in Iraq if he supposedly attempted to have Bush Sr assasinated. That would be attempted murder and IMO should have had him on an express flight to Leavenworth.
