Seriously, no thanks... last time I was flight leader, I had 4 noobs that decided it would be 'cooler' to go down and take out the acks on a field (in a 109e) than stay high and scout for incomming bombers (the plan for the scenario). Don't get me wrong, I love flying scenarios, but I'll fly in as a pfc, thank you!
