Hi to all.  :)

My english not is good.
I always fly in Warbirds and I flew before in AH by a time.
Now I have a new PC with great size of Hard disk.
I need to check AH in my new PC.
I want to know if I can fly in AH by a short time.
What I must do?

From November/1999, I fly with Pentium III (Bus 100) until before I buy New PC.

The characteristics of my PC are:


1) Motherboard: ABIT Fatal1ty AN8-SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD with ABIT Guru Controller Panel.
2) Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 3800+
3) Memory: CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory
4) Hard Drive: SATA 200 GB Seagate 7200
5) Video Card: PCI Express XFX Geforce 7800 GTX 256 MB DDR3.
6) CD / DVD Burner Black: LG Black E-IDE / ATAPI DVD Burner 5X DVD-RAM Write Model GSA-4167B BK.
7) Creative Sound Blaster Audigy-2 ZS 7.1
8) Power Suplly: Thermaltake Silent Power 480W Dual Fan(20-24 Pin PCI-Express Adapter Included) with Fan Speed Control.
9) Case Black: Satellite X-BLADE(Games)511 with CPU Temperature Automatism Control System(Digital Display with
temperature sensor) and Double 8 CM System Fan(Three Fans (2 with lights Neon)) - 2 ports 2.0 USB with entrance
for headphones/earbuds and microphone.
10) Drive Black 1.44.

I continue flying with Joystick, Throttle and Pedals (all OLDS) bought in 1999.
I will buy news Joystick, Throttle and Pedals.

WELCOME omsg !

With those system specs, you should be able tofly AH with no problems at all. fame rate  should be great.

just install AH, download the skins packs,
1st  http://downloads.hitechcreations.com/AHSKINS206.EXE
2nd http://downloads.hitechcreations.com/AHSKINS2061.EXE

Intall them and u should be set for skins. calibrate your controls.

If you need more help stop by the Training Arena, should be a Trainer or 2
there, if not there are usually some others there glad to help.

I think with the dual core proc he has to disable 1  to play AH.
If not he might get lock ups.

No need to disable but need to fix the pmtimer issue.
You ll see the spinning clipboard bug without it.

I heared microsoft is aware of the issue but there is no fix yet.

I get an error with your URL link but you might try it once with the Windows firewall disabled.
