One of my squadies (Hornet33) had the opertunity to go to MECCA (HTC) a couple of weeks ago. He had brought back news of a new jeep with a mounted fifty (cool). I was thinking how cool it would be if the driver could carry a thompson and some grenades and maybe a satchel charge for tanks and hangers? (Rat Patrol) maybe this thread has been posted in the past. I appologize for not researching this, but I felt it would be a great compliment to the new jeep. So HTC if your reading this what do you think?

Do you seriously think folks fall for that anymore? No, I mean that as an honest question. Are you just hoping, or do you expect to get the newbies hooked, or are you playing to the old AW crowd? Because the last group would know better, the first group is just hopeless, and the middle group -- well they just don't know better.

Hornet 33 went to HTC he saw TOD in it's beta form he also saw a non perked jeep with a mounted fifty that was being tested for quick introduction. So:p PM Hornet ask him he will back it up:aok

A jeep huh.

Can we have a mounted stinger.....or better yet a mount TOW missle so we can take out those pesky tigers easier.

OK I wasn't going to post anything about it but Uber is correct. I saw the test version of the new jeep. Pyro was working on it when I visited a few weeks ago and it looks awsome. I belive they said Waffle had done the skin for it or designed it. One of the two. Maybe both. Anyway it is real and they mentioned that they were trying to get it ready for release in the future. I watched HiTech and Pyro work on the engine idle sound file. Suspension needed some serious work as it tended to jump about 50ft into the air after hitting a small rock but it is in the works.

Uber is not trolling here fellas. The unicorn is real, although Uber needs to get smaked for opening his PIE HOLE!!!! Or maybe I need to get smaked for telling Uber but he is a squadie so I felt obligated.

I also saw the new 3D version of the B-17. Very nice, can't wait for that one to show up. Some very cool stuff added to that plane.

I like the Thompson SMG and satchel charge idea though. I could have some fun with that stuff.
