I believe that's for activating the TrackIR support that's now native to AH2.  I have the TrackIR 4 (love it, BTW), but I haven't looked at that setting since I installed mine, so I could be a bit off.

However, I'm pretty sure that's the purpose.  TrackIR rocks, once you've adapted to it.  Never will have better SA.  Get the family and friends to pool in for Christmas!

Track IR has two different settings.. you need to find out which one seems more "natural" to you.  I dont use the relative motion selection, but to some it seems the "right" way for TIR To work for them.

Just a personal preference thing.

I don't enable this option either.  Seems more natural with default settings from the trackir program.
Time's fun when you're having flies.

Ridley,

TrackIR is a device and software that enables you to look left, right, up, down, go side to side, forward back with your head.  This changes your views respectively so in essence you are in the cockpit.

I fly with it and LOVE IT!  My SA is extremely enhanced with it.

Can you swear by this thing TG?  I want to get it but I use my views so much I am not sure I would need it.  I move around so much anyways I think it would screw me all up.

Dittos Sketch,

Love it, cant imagine flying with out it... but  it IS an adjustment, expect to "relearn" how to fly.

I can help with your setup.  I have Ch gear and TIR3 w/vector

Thanks TG & Balsy...
I usually only get to fly on the weekends and that is even limited to Friday & Saturday nights, so by the time I get back to Friday night I am relearning to fly anyways!! :rofl   My biggest thing is the views of using the up-view with side, backwards, high-6, over the should boulder holder views... I get all lost half the time when I get turning hard and rolling with a nme and alot of times I get ripped because I lose sight of him.
When I went from a old Sidewinder 2 PP, to a X45 to my X52... that was a major transition.  I might look around and try finding one, maybe I will sneak it in the mail so the wifey doesn't see it but will be hard when I get the ->  look from her.... right before she beats me with the garden hose! :O

If you can just do a few quick clips TG of it being used (Ihave seen Octavias film with it) but would like to see it a bit clearer.  I will talk to you two guys later... :aok
