Of course people with carpet in their garages tend to wear carpet themselfs and think that looks ok to.

That's my 3-car attached garage, the workshop/RV garage has bare concrete, just like the top of my head!:confused:

Until friends/neighbors visit and see a very clean "bonus room" complete with roll up carport matts, beer fridge, central stereo system, heating, painted walls, a couch, chairs, workbench and now a TV.

I've helped two other neighbors do their indoor/outdoor carpeting in their garage since

got that up here too (except beer fridge...have to carry beer from kitchen fridge) serves as a nice 'retreat' too
