I think the jeep perk modifier might need a bit of adjusting.   People were picking up 75 to 200 perkies for killing a jeep.  While it is a fun new toy, I hardly think it should be more rewarding for killing a jeep than, say, a 262.

they are uber, that's why you get 200 perks for killing one.

i climbed straight up a mountain today in low gear.

they should be enabed when supplies are dead at a field though.
