NO war to win

Yes the point is to fight battles.

Furball only? Seems to be thr thought of many who fly in the AVA. Everyone fights their own battle or "cherry picks".

With most of the plane sets its to force us playing to work as a team. Something that the squad, I fly with does. (which results in us being the most loved to be hated squad, in the  AVA) one zeke vs a p40e, we will empty or ammo in trying to get one down. Tag team it, we win the fight.

On the last map, I had my first raid with the JG54, it was a matter of minutes on the base was ours. Porking the map, no just taking one back that had been conquered by the other side.

Remember folks its just a game.

You lost me there, I apogize for my confusion.

But you are criticizing individuals for attempting to dictate to you and/or others on how they should fly/play in the arena.  A very just complaint I might add.

But your offered solution is dictating to others on how they shoudl fly/play in the arena??  Am I reading that right??

Just thought you might want to clarify your point.

Although your last statement hits it spot on, in my opinion.

"Remember folks its just a game."

That is great advice.  I think the sole requirement that people should set for themselves is to come to the arena and have fun.  Do what you think is fun.  Make a conscious effort to not spoil anyone elses fun as you pursue your own.  And be willing to choose your actions based upon what is best for the arena as a whole, even if that may come to taking a break or stepping away and logging for the night.

Keep the buffer filled with positive statements, good natured kidding, and polite a mature requests and the rest comes easy.

Feel free to correct me if any of my assumptions are wrong.

1azbaer, pleasure flying with you last night.

I have to admit that I am guilty of my share of porking and helping sfer pork bases. For everyone that always gets on sfer's case about porking the map...c'mon on now the guy lives on the other side of the face of the earth. When he's on most of us our either sleeping or working..what is he supposed to do play with himself?? If you were in his shoes there is nothing to do but capture bases.. but again don't get me wrong i do tell him the same thing over and over.. "wen AvA staff returns map will be reseted".... on the other hand there is one individual that Iwas flying with this morning that is guilty of taking control of ENM cv's and directing them into axis cv's so they can be shelled.. this person also has a "must capture all bases so we can have em cornered mentality."  I tell this person the same thing I tell sfer but he just ignores. NEwayz I dont wanna be a snitch because that's not very nice so I shall say no more and keep my mouth shut.

I think the best part of AvA is the ability to set up historical match-ups and then create some historical events, such as bomb runs, escorts, etc.

A daily "mission" wouldn't hurt.

Your defending his actions because no one else is on when he is on? So then why does he NEED to milk the AvA? Maybe i'm wrong here but isn't there another arena called the MA where people are always on 24/7.
