Charges Dropped

Now if this had been a male teacher molesting a female student they would have given him the maximum punishment and then some.

Once again a nice display of our Judges and Courts systems with their heads tucked far up their butts.

the student refused to testify, teacher was charged in two counties,1st county reach a plea deal, 2nd county wanted same deal, judge said no way, he wanted jail time, it was a weak case so DA dropped charges, saved taxpayers money.

plea deal= 3 years house arrest, 6 years probation.

Yup it is a double standard but dam if she isn't hot and the kid wouldn't be considered a god for hitting it.  

Personally I think she should have gotten jailtime, you KNOW a male teacher in similare circumstances would have gotten locked up.

Lets reverse this: Lets say its a 14 year old girl that gets in bed with a hot looking male teacher. Stilll a WTFG pat on the girls head? Charges still dropped on the teacher?

Its called child rape guy, regardless of sex.:huh

The woman broke the law, but I'm not certain that the young man was a victim.

Hell... IIRC, the age of consent in Mexico is 12.

Makes ya wonder if she had struck a few "personal deals" with the Judges?

She broke the Law. Even though now the child will not testify the State by all rights should prosecute.  The child was below the age of consent, wether he loved it or not, it's still considered Statutory Rape.

IIRC when this first came to light she had made a comment that she was to beautiful to go to jail.

It just isn't right.

u cant rape the willing...females can be unwilling and still be raped, males cannot be raped physically unwilling by a female...emotionally he may have had a rough time, hence the charges, but I doubt he was complaining at the moment. Hell they probably coached him pre-trial and couldnt wipe the smile off his face when they asked him if he had sex with her lol...still wrong any way ya put it but I wouldnt feel too sorry for the kid
