Stalins Fourth Beta Frame

Todays Beta Frame went Exceptionally Well!

Thanks for all of you who attended.

The logs are available at http://www.ahevents.org/site/

Look for the FSO Stalins Fourth Beta.  For some reason, there isn't a Scenario option for the logs, but this will get corrected soon :)

Also, I am an idiot, quote me on that.  I uploaded the logs with the coutries backwards, so all you Allies out there, don't panic when it shows you as Axis, this will also get corrected.

Unfortunately the hardness was all screwed up. Ack guns took bombs to kill.. Repeated strafing runs with dozens of 23mm cannon rounds (Il2s) did nothing. The T34s had to do it.

It'd be nice if practices had the same hardness as the real thing.

Nothing was "screwed up" Krusty.  Practices are just that, practice.  Beta frames test the final setup conditions.

You had 4 formal "practice" nights compared to far more days and nights invested in fine tuning things that your practices were a Part of defining.

Some of what occured during your practices showed settings to be too easy, others too hard, that's what they are for.

That's they way things go sometimes.  Just because it's not what you expected does not mean that it was wrong.

Most of the settings were the same as practices.  The Guns being tougher while the Base Hardness, Downtimes, Bridges, Tents, etc being the same Hardly constitutes "all" of the hardness.

I had to leave about 45 minutes before end frame. Has a winner been declared?
