I cut back on jogging and went to stair climbing. This morning I broke the 50 mark, 52 flights in 20 minutes. As long as I don't do a Tony Soprano, I think I can make 75 in less than 30.  Or have a stroke, whatever comes first :)

That guy is amazing, it must be the trade he is in. Remember the firefighters who went in the World Trade Center on 9/11, some of them twice !

I don't have a stair stepper machine, I climb real stairs. up two flights, down  two flights, rinse and repeat 25 times :)
