I run really fast and then I flap my arms as hard as I can.

But seriously, I take off by pushing the throttle up and then waiting for the plane to make enough lift to leave the ground.

Landing is basically the opposite.

ouch that hurts but i like anagrams when im flying and typing at the same time usually calling for to get 10 bish off me or to drag the rooks down. lawl:D
