put up some older/new maps!!

Is it just me or do they keep recycling the same 6 to 10 maps?! It's getting old and boring. What happened to the maps with tunnels? I thought that was fun and sure added something to the gv wars there. This is supposed to be using a random map generator, but it sure seems funny, we finish a map get a reset, then the same map comes up, only difference is country positions switched. That suxs!!!!!  I would love to see once a month a fantasy map week or a "what if type map". Are there any plans to bring back the map building feature? I think i might give that a shot if it gets offered again.

Well if you would read these boards a bit BEFORE ya blase off a post like that, you see that there are 2 maps being discussed right now.

The map building feature has always been around.... well for a long time They just had an update to it as well. The problem with building map is it takes hundreds of hours to do. It not just a "copy paste" type of thing. Most of the maps we play with now are player built.

DownLoad the editor and give it a go !

I've beed watching FlaydONE struggle to put his map together (being I only live 500 ft away from the guy).  Having seen the process, and what a b#$@! it can be to make everything work, one can understand why we have so few maps in the main arena.  Not everyone has the steady patience for this, including me.
