ok you guys are sometimes smart

How do you make a woman pay you money she owes?  And on a side note I have some serious toejam on her that can get her in trouble.  I don't want to use the word blackmail "yet" but she owes me a large sum of cash and I can fug her life real quick if she keeps playing this game.  I have tried being nice, and I will go to her parents next but chances are they will not pay either.  And no this is not illegal money she owes me.

Cut up the newspaper and a few magazines and get the paste...make up a ransom note  

Seriously, asides carrying out those threats to turn her in, I dont know.  Sometimes the heartache and hassle isnt worth the cash you are owed.  Unless you really think she'll give it back.

Two things will solve all known problems - electricity and explosives.  Select the one that best fits the situation.

(Seriously - if you have proof that she owes you, you should have legal recourse.  If its a LOT of money it might be worth the effort. Bottom line, though - don't plan on being friends if you get it back, no matter what way you get it.  And, if you can afford to, write it off as a loss and move on - if she doesn't have enough honor to pay her debts she's not someone you want to know).

Lepaul if she owed you money and were talking 4 digit numbers here you wouldn't let it slip by.  I cannot get her thrown in jail but I can make her lose her Elementary school teacher job.  And lose her teaching license as well.  I don't want to resort to that but if she doesn't cough up the cash soon I will have to.  And I know she has the cash as well.

A) Money "loaned" to a GF or wife is not.  It's gone forever.

B)Never get advice dealing with GF's or wives off the internet.

You know, extorting the money from her is probably not the best solution to your problem.
It all depends on the circumstances of the loan.  I'm with Rip: if it's money loaned to a GF or wife, it's gone.
If it is a legal loan, you should have legal recourse.  Unlike extortion, doing so is not illegal, and you don't run the risk of ruining your life too.  Of course, you may not get your money back.
