In ww2ol they called it clipping. It was frowned upon there and people were ejected if caught doing it.

This is an old bug that has cropped back up. They had it fixed six to eight months ago ( give or take ). So this is now confirmed to have begun happening again?:furious

It would have been better to send this to support@hitechcreations.com , rather than posted here. AS Hub stated 10X as many will be trying this.

I asked HITech in reference about this bug http://www.hitechcreations.com/frindex.html in another thread last month as to whether it was cheating, he didn't say it was, he also didn't say it wasn't.  I'm pretty sure they know about it i've heard countless people saying they are gonna email HITech about it.

I evened the playing field by telling everyone how to do it, BUT! I also told them how to defend themselves against it.

This is no different then discussing the shore battery bug, if people don't know about it they can't defend themselves against it.

I'm helping the people who fall prey to it more than i'm helping others accomplish it.

It is easier to stop someone from getting you, than it is to actually get someone with it.

So in the long run, due to proper info of defense it will cause a reduction as a whole, because people will more likely get killed trying it.   Because everyone has become familiar with how to defend themselves against it, until HT gets it fixed.

To me cheating is doing something that others cannot, in this case everyone can equally.  I think it is a stretch to say me helping people defend themselves is helping them cheat.

The thread you linked is just the homepage. In case you missed it, notify HTC via email about exploits and such. I don't care if a few of you camping tools harass each other perpetually, but I sure as hell don't want an arena in which everyone is exploiting everything.

Of course, you realize that by admitting AND posting here that you use this flaw in the program to gain an advantage, you are opening yourself up to be banned from the game?
