if that story is true, what did they do after it was found they were at the wrong residence?
It is true. It took less than 5 minutes to give them a tour of our home and show them that the woman they were looking for was not here. They were in my home for almost an hour. They woke up my daughter (she was 3 or 4 at the time) by shining a flashlight directly in her face after I specifically asked them not to. I even told them it was a young child and which direction she was laying so they could avoid waking her up. The bad part about waking her up was.....they had their guns pointed at her and scared the crap out of her.
30 minutes after they arrived, they still had their guns out and pointed at me. There were also agents in my yard with M-16's and shotguns.
During the time they were here, I was interrogated (imo) and threatened with physical harm by multiple agents. Another taunted me repeatedly to *take my best shot*.
They wouldnt leave until I picked up the phone and dialed 911 to contact the county sheriff's to have them removed.
At least imo....once they had served their warrant and found out the woman was not here, they no longer had any legal buisiness in my home.
Mind you....all of the *crap* they dished out that night was AFTER I had given them the tour of our home.
When they did finally leave, one of the agents said.....we'll be back and next time you are gonna pay. They have never been back since
