I wouldn't say I'm turning the chair so much as not being able use enough "body english" when to comes to shifting my head to the right or left to look around the headrest.
Another thing I found and have learned to live with it comfortably is I "seem" to really move my head more degrees than the device can really handle. I might only be moving it a litle but it feels like alot! It gives me that same feeling of view as I saw in the real thing. Very cool!
I DO center alot which come naturely after the short time of using it.
The only thing it lacks is the periphrial vision that you normally get when you are say, "looking back and up behind you" as you pull to the target. In the real plane you can easily see nose position in relation to the target. Don't get me wrong.....its pretty good!!!

Actually, I only see one thing wrong with it.....and it has to do with products coming out at the wrong times.
A number of years ago Sony came out with 3D glasses. They were not the look thru type but had two lil screens. They didnt have the greatest resolution and subsequently stopped making them. After that had happened TrackIR came into being.
If you could marry the two you'd sit in your cockpit and move your head yet always have a perfect view of where ever your were looking dead center on your vision. Think about it. Now that would be cool!!!!
Decent 3D goggles are pretty steep in price but we can dream, can't we?
