Rollerball. The remake they did a few years ago was nothing but pure euro-trash.

A modern reddawn would kick ass, without nukes though..

To see the band of WWII reenactors with all their live firing MG's and armored vehicles would kick ass!!

i could list a bunch i'd like to see unmade, but nothing needs to be remade.
original content is much more meritorious IMO...actually i'd like to see a reedit of Serpico with my cousin's seen not cut out (he had a closeups, a bunch of lines, got bumped off, then dropped on the cutting room floor)

Skuzzy does Dallas!

They are making a WW1 Air War Movie...

Its called Flyboys, not to be confused with the Book about WWII pilots.

In the last Air & Space, they mentioned it, asking with so much Computer Graphics will there be room for real WWI aircraft.

So stay tuned, Im sure theres more info on the web about Flyboys.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Speaking of WWI movies.

Here's one I wouldnt mind seeing remade

"The Blue Max"

As long as they dont use the same type horrid special effects they used in the Empire State Buiding scene in latest remake of King Kong

Not a remake, but . . .

With the minor resurgence of WWII pictures, a battle that I think practically BEGS to be made is the battle off Samar Island / Leyte Gulf.  True heroism that reads like a Hollywood script.

As long as it is done well, like Saving Private Ryan, and not like that stupid Sean Penn garbage on Guadalcanal (Thin Red Line, I think??).

In Harm's Way or From Here to Eternity would be great ones to remake, but it would be hard to outcast the originals.

Decision Before Dawn would be a great pick as well. This is an excellent movie about sending German POW's back to Germany as allied spies. The original is in my Top 5 list.

Strategic Air Command is another I'd like to see, but it would be impossible to make unless it was total CGI.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.
