well say for instance there is an enemy cv off shore of a friendly base i up a hvy jugg from a base alittle ways back to get alt. the cv goes down but there are lvt's everywhere but the bad guys killed the ord at the field so instead of towering out and having to re up from a field that has ord i go rearm now if i could make changes at the rearm pad i wouldnt have to deal with a plane that had to much fuel and ord for trying kill the lvt's. thats just a hypothetical situation b/c i would more than likely get a plane with cannons but i could see that coming in handy

This would be ok if it went hand-in-hand with not being able to load something unavailable at the field.  As it is now (unless the last patch fixed that, haven't checked since last patch), if you launched with a bomb, you drop it, and land to re-arm, you get your bomb even if ord is no longer available at the field.  Ditto with C47 rearming with troops when barracks are down.  Close this loophole at the same time -- ord is down, can not select bombs or rockets to arm your plane with.

I would like to be able to control the % amounts of ammo and fuel loaded.

For eg, on the P38, 2000 rounds of MG is a bit much and makes for too uch weight, i can select 1500 maybe.

Similarly, for fuel 25 is to less and 50s too much so I can select maybe 35-40.

Also would be great if i can control which tanks to load fuel into......eg main tanks only, or more n L wing than R...etc. etc.

Just get a new plane.  Forgot the rearms.

Ice id rather have more internal fuel in the 38.  Always run out of fuel first before ammo.

I have to agree... The 38 is short legged. I usually end up with 2x DTs if I can (if they're enabled at my field) when I fly 'em.
