dude what is with people and FT???? why not just make all the FT lovers furball in between bases would be more helpful. Plus FT just makes people pissed off it seems when rooks or bish come in and take it over the fields.

That’s great having indestructible Airfields
but the map will never reset because of these airbases

Have no troops, no maproom, and indestructable hangars at all FT bases

But to win the game you would still need to capture those airfields
A better option would be limiting the type of vehicles and bombers at these airfields

How do you figure?  You don't have to capture every last base for a reset, just get down to a few (someone fill in the exact number here).

I think Lute's idea is great, some map builder should implement it.  "With great alacrity."  Please. :aok

No I think Lutes suggestion is worth considering and I can redesign my proposed map to show this.
I was going to run a mountain range around the edge of the main island north of FT Island about 40000ft height

You could also bury the towns to sea level like having them at the bottom of a very deep well.  Of coarse vehicles would have to be destroyed at a 5000ft drop wouldn't be fair other wise

Not sure on number of bases left to reset map but I always thought it was down to the last 1 that a country has.

Could be wrong

The number of bases for a reset is and can be different for every map. It's a variable in strat setup.
