Not politically motivated info, but did you know that during the 8 years of the Clinton reign, more attempts were made on assaults of the white house than any other president in history?

BTW, one attempt on the white house was with a Cessena 172, should we have some sort of gun control legislature on them too?

"Then I heard one more shot and the police all rushed in straight away." It is believed the suspect was shot in the leg.

Looks like their aim was low by about 40" or so. Now we have another waste of time and resources for our judicial system.

Reports are that the wounded suspect spoke of committing suicide.  What ever happened to writing a note and putting a gun in your mouth?

aka, A Pig's Death.

People who dont have the guts to shoot themselves and do want to commit suicide (belief that if you kill yourself you go to hell, but its ok to force others to kill you   ) usually take a gun out and start shooting and then force the SWAT or the cop to shoot them in the chest.

That guy was lucky to get shot in the leg imho.

They probably aimed for a leg deliberately.

DC Police -> close enough

I heard it was the DC police that actually shot him.

Ah.. just stopped by CNN again.  It was the Secret Service that shot the man.

I'm quite amazed at the tone of the witnesses that all mentioned the Secret Service "Asking the man to Give up.. Please".  Wow.. maybe they aren't just sitting back waiting to kill anything that might be a threat.

Been involved in this too. Wasn't the primary Officer but had to go through it. Ain't no damn fun being shot at.
