So I just stop trying and it will give a check 6 to the wrong person while I type "check 6 so-and-so" because it is quicker than spending a minute trying to get the check 6 to go to the right person.

After typing all of that out, I need to get a mic

Another advantage to TIR.... accurate check 6's

I'm  a total newb but i think this has happened to me. I'll be in the heat of a fight barreling down on my adversary and next thing you know check six, then i'll break hard and theres no one behind me, and i'll see my target going down in flames. It's happened alot,Kinda pisses me off but then i realize its a d@#$ game so oh well idiots on the internet too i suppose.

I find a lot of them are mistakes, folks don't pay attention to the distance the icons are. If the good guys is further from you than the bad guy, call the check 6.
Otherwise it's actually the goodguy chasing the bad guy and you distract him from his persuit by the check 6.
