What is the hit percentage for vehicle/Boat vs objects? mine always is at 0%. Is this based on damage done in the guns of a ship? Can anyone tell me?

use torps or rockets

vehicle/boat vs object hit% only counts ordenance. Only ord i know off are torpedos and PT boat rockets. Since you cant really get the town buildings to go take a swim just fire PT rockets at a shorebound town.

All the guns help tho. 40mm into buildings and cv's helps as well as rockets on buildings hangars and ships. Torps into ships also.

Use torps on enemy barges for hit percentage.
