If it fundamentally is the same as a PT, I can see why they wouldn't invest the coding and art time... Really, AA guns, Torps, 50ish MPH...

The only thing fundamentally different is the designator.

The PT can fill the role in any special event.  I don't think this would be a good use of development time. (Not that my opinion matters... Just guessing why its not been done).

first of all, please be more specific when you say "E-Boat" as there were different kinds as with the PTs in the American Navy. anyhoo, the difference between the PT and the german equivilents are that the germans made their torpedo boats out of metal and not plywood, making them infinately more durrible. though they did carry only 2 torpedos they were faster because of their superior hydrodynamics. it would basically be the T-34 of the high seas in AHII.

I must disagree with Kurt, it might be almost the same like the PT, but is that a problem?
There are several aircraft in Aces High which share similar look, armament and performance, although they are from different countries.

Or what about the B-17 and the B-24? Besides the looks and a small difference in speed, they're almost completely the same!
And from the same country!

IMO that the E-boot would be a great addition

Smidsy,

Ok so where is the problem with that?

If PT's have to gang up on em, use superior tatics, ambush's, whatever.

Thats the FUN part of having something new to play with.

Add Vospers too. Used by several countries, and on both sides of the conflict.

Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.
