FalconSS I was pointing out what most of us already know and accept. As-it-is, night flying sucks. It *could* be good, with changes to the game, but they would be big changes.
A game has to be specifically designed from the ground up for night environment, otherwise it's not going to work. AH was designed (intentionally or not -- I have no clue) as a fair-weather game. This is evidenced by the constantly bright sunny days, lack of dark overcast clouds, lack of real fog, lack of rain, snow, sleet, bad weather in general. It's just a fair-weather game! I can't change that.
You imply I single you out. I don't. I simply read your post (one which has been brought up many times) and replied with the most common and logical responses from past iterations of this thread. It was not meant to squash your dream, but to counter the idea presented.
The forums is not just a "throw your coin in and wish with all your might" forum. Otherwise there'd be no "reply" button.
We can all wish. Doesn't mean the wish is logical, realistic, or even possible.
So sorry to rain on your parade, but somebody had to, and would have had I not.
