No, not quite.  Consider that T.O. was actually a GREAT PLAYER at a position that the eagles needed.

He was one of the only people in the world that could catch that POS McNabb's throws.

The problem is that he was the first one to call McNabb out as the worthless sack of monkey **** that he is.

Now that he's gone, all the sports stations are starting to realize he was right.

Hopefully TO will keep his big mouth shut in Dallas and play. They have a REAL shot this year to go deep in the playoffs I think.

TO is a great reciever. No doubt. He can also make Terry Glen even better as well as Jason Whitten (TE). They drafted another TE from N.D. and from the talk on local radio and listening to Jerry Jones (one of the dumbest owners in Football)they are making a change to a 2 TE offense this year. Apparently Parcells his going to make his last year at Dallas interesting.

They also got Bobby carpenter from Ohio State. I hope he gets a chance to say hello to Matt Leinart this year up close and personal.

I was hoping for defense, we draft Laurence Maroney. Anyone seen this kid play? I never heard of him. I have heard of Chad Jackson, but again, I was hoping for defense. Then we draft a TE(David Thomas), like we need another TE, geez.

I was hoping for reinforcements on the defense, not too thrilled with the first day, hoping tomorrow will be better.

Youll be happy with Thomas. Very good TE.

Yeah, the Pats staff knows what they are doing, I asked the same question about Ben Watson when they drafted him at the end of the first round ahead of the top rated TE at the time(Troupe).

they have no shot at the NFC East division crown, so why not?

Yeah, I read one NFC assistant coach had him as the best back in the draft behind Bush, time will tell. We just grabbed another TE in the fourth, I guess the defense is gonna have to wait

The thing with Tight Ends is that for the most part they are athletic players and can adapt to positions pretty easily. Don't be surprised is they try to move one of them over to the DL or even a DE slot. Also the Texans have addressed the OL (FINALLY) with two back to back picks in the 3rd round. Those two guys should do pretty well.

how did the broncos end up with the 15th pick to trade up to the rams and take that qb?
man what a joke to go in the first round to such a fantastic team. He must be laughing his head off at the other two qbs that got picked ahead of him. lol

Was surprised Rams gave up their pick but they did get the Broncos 3rd round pick and got a decent CB with the 15th.

Jay Cutler was the best quarterback in the SEC for the last two seasons. Its a shame he had a mediocre supporting cast around him at Vanderbilt but he did the best he could in that situation. I am surprised that he went there but apparently he fit what the Bronco's were looking for.

With the Pats, they like to run two TE sets, and Graham is up for free agency next year. Teams are going to make a run at him and the Pats won't pay top dollar for a TE. The drafting of two TE's pretty much spells that out.

How about the Jets, they score the top tackle and center in the draft, not bad. I knew they wouldn't pass on Ferguson, I think the Texans dropped the ball on that one, especially if those 3rd round picks don't pan out.
