Sounds like al-Zawahiri has been reading this board

it doesn't matter what some of them "Agree" with. It's what they "disagree" with. If bush says it they have to find a way to oppose him on it. Look at Iran for example.

it is ironic though that our enemies say the exact same things as our liberal politicians......not to say there's any coorilation betweent the two.

Because some of us here, none of whom are towlie sympathizers, have come to the same conclusion on one level or another, we're now on the towlie side; and since we think the war in Iraq was the wrong war at the wrong time and in the wrong country that we are, by association with a concept articulated by a terrorist, advocating Allah and the Jihad?

I agree we have suffered loss, misfortune and disaster. Every soldiers death is a loss. Iraq and the United States, Spain, England.. we have suffered misfortune and disaster. Such is war. We have not suffered defeat in our (most recent revisionist) goal.

As it stands now, we have accomplised the removal of Saddam and the jury yet out on the creation of a democracy or if the effort to preserve a unified Iraqi nation will fail leaving in it's wake secular states with no commitment to a democratic ideal.

Time will tell... but with regards to a towlie terrorist's yammerings and the average americans stance on the war iraq... I'm not too sure about the smell of just what in hell are you getting at, yeag.

'do you agree with him, or not?' smells like a **** sandwich kinda question.

When russian troops was standing on the line of Odra river 60 km from Berlin, nazis propaganda was still talking about victory.

When our tanks was rolling over the streets of bagdad, guy in funny hat on tv was talking about victory over US.

If somone think 2400 troops dead and lots of spend $$$$ can defeat us, he is desperate.

Its not going to happend even if gas price went over 5$ per gallon this year.
Its not going to happend even if we lost another 5000 troops and bilions of $$$.
