Two points,
The Revolutionary war was fought between on the one side the UK, and on the other side the colonists, the Spanish and the French. Don't you read history ?
Secondly
"Have you checked a globe lately? The "British Empire" isn't at all what it used to be.....wonder why?
Where you born this clueless or did you have to work on it"
The method in which the Empire was created would eventually lead to it's dissolution, in bringing democracy you create the seeds of self determination which is what happened to 95 % of the British Empire. Starting with the dominions of Canada and Australia and also South Africa and ending in the 60's with the withdrawal of Empire east of Suez.
In creating democratic systems the British acknowledged that they would one day eventually leave.
Those Countries which remain with the Queen as head of state are able at any time to proclaim republic status, that they don't is a testament to the remnants of Empire.
The Empire didn't implode, as soon as it was created it sowed the seeds of its eventual decline.
