Ahh yes, the ever credible Drudge, who ran "NOT GUILTY" Under Limbaugh's picture for 2 days after he took a plea.

According to the Miami Herald, "Under the deal, Limbaugh must continue treatment for his acknowledged addiction to painkillers, submit to random drug tests and cannot own a gun. But he did not have to admit guilt,"

According to MSNBC, "As a formality, Limbaugh entered a not guilty plea to the charge, spokesman Tony Knight said. "

Looks like he pleaded not guilty...  no information that he plead to a lesser charge, just a deal with prosecutors to make this go away.

This is not "taking a plea".

Oh BTW where are all you commies who were gleefully creaming your pants when Rush was arrested? He never endangered anyones life but his own.

LOL "I was headed to vote"

lucky little Patty didnt have a chick with him, cause everyone knows how it goes with kennedys with women, and cars and planes and water, or with such household items as golf clubs.

My car is a 69 Olds, about like Kennedy's car.  That car hauls butt...it is hard to drive it slow.  I can understand how a 455 could drive off a bridge, because it's a powerful car and is not for children.

Pills?..Sure smells fishy to me...Cops aren't allowed to give congressmen sobriety tests?

Btw,your born-again President was arrested & convicted of DWI (in 1976).

So all Kennedy got to do is dunk his head in some holy water and he's presidential material.

Never had a DUI.  Was caught twice and let go.  Figgured I wasn't gonna drink and drive any more...because I was lucky.  Decided I just wasn't gonna do it anymore, not because I had to.  Because I realized how lucky I was.
