HTC...2 simple request

1- I would you the ability to pull up a players score while in flight...(clipboard, right click players name, score)....I dont understand why is only viewable in the tower and not flight.....

2- I think we should be able to view "strats" and base status when in tower...Once again I dont understand why it is only enabled when in flight

2 - It IS viewable when in tower. Just rightclick on any base, enemy or friendly, and choose AXX Status. The Status of this field and off all strats in that zone will be shown. It is the same as if you had clicked on STRAT while in flight.

Only a guess here, but isnt the current score "log" opened once you begin flight?  So to be able to pull that score up it might mess up the log in some way?

Was a fun fight last night cav

So show the last updated score before take off...If it can be done in the tower, then surely it can be done in flight...

I actually keep the htc score pages up and just alt-tab out. The annoying this is you have be be sure not to do it at a base with air-raid siren going or it strats to loop when you come back and runs forever. (train sounds too)

Booz...

I always knew you were a score monkey. :)

BTW, just pop into sounds and hit the 'OK' button for the sirens to go away.

that sounds good and all but why should we have to minimize AH to see scores?  if it can be done in the tower, then it can be done in flight the same way...

If you do a score lookup, it may cause lag as the database search pulls up the informtion you requested.

The gamey, gamer types would soon b doing score lookups in flight anytime they thought it might help them.... kind of like the phone-line jigglers

ooo...gotcha....can you say there would be lag for certain though?...additionally, in the time it takes to pull up clipboard/roster/right click a name and click score, the person will most likely be shot down

You can check score with a dot command... ".score midnight" or ".score Superfly"

If you have a macro generator (like a HOTAS Cougar) you can execute commands with the press of one button.
