I read that article yesterday...check the power usage if you are scared away enough by trying to cool the thing.

Ive had both of my radiators out my window this winter in buffalo ny , the lowest temps i got were 9c idle and 15c load  . Ofcourse i only can get those temps for about 3 months a year thou heh . atleast theres a couple good things about the buffalo area in the winter

I used to live&drive past a manufacturing plant that used liquid nitrogen for something. Even during the hottest hot of the summer there was 2-3 feet high powdered ice cake under the supply line from the large 20 000 liter or so container. I was constantly trying to think of ways how to dig a hole and hide my computer in that free ice supply. :D

I got a Northwood 3.0C chip. I'm happy.

The Sudden Northwood Death Syndrome sounds like it had to suck though.
