She is just an old lady who does not matter one wit to the average American.

What I WOULD like to see Hollywood do, is depict just one, Golly-geen vet as a guy who went over there. Did his job. Then came home and lived an ordinary life.

He always has to be either.

Crazy sympathetic: Mel Gibson in Lethal Weapon.

Crazy psycho; Tom Barranger in Platoon.

They always have to make him crazy, in some way, to invalidate what he did.

Now that the tide has shifted. You will see those exact same bunch of potatos writing flag waving inspirational stuff. potatos go where the money is

They aren't married anymore. Jane became a reborn Christian, and Ted dumped her. He blames God for not saving his sister from an early death.

Ted and Jane's Montana ranch is about 20 miles from my property. They have a big Buffalo ranch that the local ranchers said was a mistake, they recommended to Ted that they do not try to raise buffalo so close to a main road, (road that goes into Bozeman from Rt.287) because buffalo can break down any type of fence you put around them, break outs are common with herds(large numbers) of buffalo. They didn't listen, and two people have been killed so far due to car collisions with buffalo standing on the road at night.

Anyway, the latest on Jane is..she found Christianity, and is trying to convert Ted. Its causing alot of stress on the relationship.

until i read this i never knew about jane fonda's past,(we a little behind the times here in deepest wales)here in the uk the death penalty was dropped a number of years back but as far as i know treason against the crown in britain can still carry the death penalty (hanging)a couple of years ago a lady (for want of a better word was} accused of spying for the russians way back in the sixties.but because of her age 70 plus.
the crown prosecution service decided not to press charges.ok fair enough.but in an interview she gave the press she stated that she was not sorry for what she had done and would do it again if need be.now i don't think for one moment that she killed anyone directly.but we'll never know how many people may have lost thier lives based on information she passed.but i believe she should have been prosecuted.

Amazing: someone finds Christianity and all of the sudden they aren't the same person as before, or they haven't done the stuff they have done.

Experiences the 11th should illustrate quite clearly that religious convictions serve as an extremely poor moral thermometer.

Good bit: now she has to worry about hell.

Funny thing about getting old, even morons like Hanoi Jane at some point in their life can see that the light at the end of the tunnel is growing larger and brighter by each passing minute. With it comes the realization that maybe, just maybe, there is a heaven and a hell. Her finding God is no surprise to me.

No, she was interviewed sometime just before or after the bombing of Afghanistan started in Atlanta, forget if it was T.V. or Radio. Anyway...she spewed out enough drivel that the interview was hushed. Read about it awhile back.
