I know, I left, but I have to say it. The increadable amount of featurs that are made available while keeping the system requirements at 1999 levels. I dont know how they do it.

As a newbie I like being able to man a field or ship gun after being shot down 10 times in a row. Gets my confidence back up a little seeing something finally burst into flames besides me :)I know a lot of people hate it, but I think when it turns night, that looks really cool. The moon looks killer

Ships were a surprise and I intend to learn more about them this weekend. Really liked that too. I guess I like the variety :)LeadPump

The realistic fidelity of the AH flight models.

Realistic trim use, especially in pitch.

Engine power measured in inches of manifold pressure and rpm.

Realistic aircraft exterior graphics

3D cockpits.
