"Next stop... Federal PMIA prison."

Don't hold your breath.  They gave "Kenny Boy" (Bush's nickname for his bud) the summer off and then he's to report in September for sentencing.  Course they'll emmediately appeal where upon he'll be released and free to return home and spend time enjoying the good life with his family.
No worries about unemployment, loss of health insurance, having to apply for foodstamps or wondering where the rent money will come from.

Like with Ebbers it'll be just another "finger" to Mr and Mrs Common American by the powers that be.

I'd be off to South America or something if I was one of them.

"Here's my passport"...then off to buy a fake one, then whoosh...bye bye

Yeah, after all, look how many Clinton pardoned and commuted, a record number,  including this creep who makes the Enron chief look like a minor offender:

Quote
Billionaire Marc Rich was one of America's most wanted white collar criminals. The commodities trader fled to Switzerland in 1983, shortly after he was charged with more than 50 counts involving fraud, racketeering, and tax evasion. The charges could have drawn a prison sentence of more than 300 years. Federal prosecutors said Rich rigged an oil pricing scheme during the 1973 energy crisis and illegally sold oil to Iran while that country held American hostages. During the final hours of his presidency, President Clinton gave the 65-year-old fugitive a full pardon.

Must be nice to buy presidents. I wonder if they cost much more than senators.
