http://www.ivaw.net/

The organization whose logo and url are used throughout this video claim that they did not authorize the video, and that some of the claims are untrue.

It'll be interesting to see how this shakes out. Is it one dipstick making up stories for 15 seconds of fame? An attempt to discredit IVAW? IVAW shooting themselves in the foot?

Hopefully we'll hear it directly from the horses, uhm, mouth on 60 Minutes.

Anyone really believe this private killed "200" people by himself and the Rangers "slaugtered" 40 people at a mosk, burnd the bodies, then hung them from the rafters while partying?

He says Rangers also shoot kids in the head just because.

Uh uh.

ROFLMAO,

You couldn't have picked a better time to post that first video:

Meet Jessie Macbeth

As far as the second story.  I hope it turns out to not be true.  If it is I keep in mind that our military is composed of human beings and thus subject to faults.  The "incident" if true does not represent as a whole our mission in Iraq nore the efferts of the hundreds of thousands of other service members that have served there honorable.

BUT,

I will say that this will be used by great lengths as a propaganda tool against our troops, much like abu garhib.  Those that do use this to further their agenda systematically ignore the greater attrocities committed by those we are fighting.  This "incident" represents a small fraction of the attrocities of the war committed by the insurgency

Wow, welcome to 2 weeks ago.  Now maybe catch up with last week and find out how badly this fool has been exposed, learn that everything he said was pure BS, that he wasn't even in the Army.   You have been owned by your own gullibility.

Maybe read the thread gunslinger started with the title "Remember when Forged papers might have worked?"
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
