1960 models have wood spars.  There were 5 or so years that they turned out wood spar airplanes.

Said no to ferrying one that had deteriorated wood spars...1960 vintage.

M20's and M20A's used wood in the construction from 1955 ending with new construction of 1960.  It was used in both the wings and empennage.  Beginning with the introduction of the M20b's they switched back to all metal construction.

San Fiero looks nice from the air. But you should have stolen a Hydra instead of a Dodo to do this scenic tour.
